Public Notice: Garbage Receptacle Requirements
1/6/2021
The McLean Police Department has observed many residents leaving their garbage cans out on the curb, even days after the garbage has already been picked up. Please be aware that it is against Village ordinance to keep garbage cans out on the curb more than 12 hours after being emptied. Please return garbage cans to your house once they have been emptied. If this is not done in timely manner, a fine could be assessed. For full text of the related ordinance, visit the Garbage Receptacle Requirements page.
