The Village of McLean provides the following assistance to all residents and is dedicated to helping protect the health, safety, and welfare of both people and animals in our community. Call the office at 309-874-2102.

  • Responding to stray animal complaints
  • Investigating dangerous animals
  • Barking dog complaints
  • Carcass removal
  • Ordinance enforcement

Report Animal Abuse - For suspected abuse of an animal, contact the McLean Police Department at the non-emergency number: 309-874-2731. If you are witnessing abuse or the crime is in progress, contact 911.

To report a stray animal to McLean County Animal Control: 309-888-5030
If you have a stray pet in your possession, contact Animal Control to see if the animal has been microchipped and/or reported missing by the owner. You may also check and/or post on the lost/found Facebook pages listed below.
