1. Roll Call
2. Appointment of Recording Secretary
3. Approval of minutes from October 28, 2024, Joint Review Board Hearing
4. Annual Report from Village of McLean concerning the Tax Increment Financing District including the effectiveness of the Tax Increments Financing District and the status of the re-development project area:
   1. Financial report from the Village of McLean for 2024-2025 TIF income and expenses
   2. Illinois Comptroller's Report
   3. Update on TIF redevelopment projects by Village of McLean
5. Public questions concerning the McLean TIF District
6. Schedule meeting date and location for next year: (on or before October, 2027)
7. Adjournment
