The water bills get printed and sent out around the 28th of each month. Payments are due on the 15th of every month. Have you set up Automatic payments? If not stop up to the Village Office and grab an Automatic ACH paper to fill out and turn back in so you never have to worry about missing a payment again! Late fees will be applied to the September bills (due October 15th). If your payment is not received by the 15th it will be considered late and the late fee will apply. If you have not paid your bill by the 15th of the month a late letter will be sent out, 10 days after that the water will be shut off and there will be a $75.00 reconnect fee.
